What is the Design Sprint exactly?

A fast way to get custom design services for your social media and brand. You will pick from our menu of design services or come up with your wishlist. Most sprints are delivered in days and turnaround scales slightly with scope. Starting at $500 CAD.

Can I tweak the deliverables in this package?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I do have a project minimum of $500 CAD. You can add from the design menu (each item on the menu has a price per slide or pack), or tell me if you have a custom request. However, if we notice that the designs need more time, I will let you know in advance about timeline and costs — our strategy call and brand questionnaire will determine if it is!

What's the difference between the Design Sprint and the Modern Creator OS?

The Design Sprint is a fast, flat-fee way to knock out specific design tasks; the Modern Creator OS is a complete two-week brand and content system build for a full launch or overhaul.

Who are your products and services for?

Creators, influencers, founders, small businesses, and mission-led organizations who want a standout brand identity and story-driven social presence, including English, Persian/Dari, and Arabic-speaking clients.

Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

While I can't promise you'll be an overnight success (that would be unethical!), what I can guarantee is 100% of my creative brain power, focus, and dedication to your brand. Amazing design is a two-way street, and the best results happen when we tackle it as a team. As for refunds, all deposits (25% of the total project fee) are non-refundable. If, for some reason, we part ways, we will only refund payments made in advance of work that is not completed.

So how does the pricing work?

Each item in the menu has a price per slide or per pack. Through the intake form, you tell me how many of each you need. I take projects above $500 CAD total cost. Say you want 15 carousel slides at $35 CAD, that would be $525 CAD and we are good to go.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

No, my rates are locked in to ensure a fair exchange for my creative output. But here is the inside scoop: I sometimes extend friendlier pricing to alumni clients who come back for more, or offer a quick markdown if a last-minute spot opens up. In short, feel free to ask anyway.

Are there any extra costs I should expect?

Not usually, but possibly. They won't come from me. It would only be if you need to purchase font licenses, stock imagery, or creative software subscriptions like Canva, Figma, or Adobe.

Maybe! Let's talk during our discovery call or inquiry process. If it makes sense to combine services, I'm all ears — but it's not guaranteed.

What do you need from me before we start?

Your main job is to stay highly responsive and share honest feedback during our design week. On your end, you just need a clear grasp of your target audience, business objectives, and main competitors. This ensures anything we design aligns with your goals.

What's expected of me as a client?

Accepted Answer

Presence and great energy! Because we move incredibly fast, I need your quick feedback and check-ins during our work week so we don't lose momentum. You just need to knock out the pre-project questionnaire and pass over your brand assets before day one. TL;DR: help me, help you.

How do we start?

Fill out the intake form, we lock a date, you prep with a Notion hub, and your sprint day is on the books.
