Creative direction with a locked brand direction, full visual identity (logo, typography, colour, imagery), verbal identity, brand strategy, a Notion-based content system, a full month of designed social content, comprehensive brand guidelines with a quick-access cheat sheet, and a working session to build your own creative eye. Add-ons like extra content, a website refresh or priority turnaround are available after.

Founders, creators and small business owners who don't have a creative department behind them, especially anyone building more than one thing at once: a portfolio career & a personal brand, a portfolio of products, services or ventures, who needs it all to read as a recognisable brand.

The OS is delivered in weeks, not months, across four stages: creative direction, identity, system, and handover, with two rounds of revision built in.

Q: What's the difference between the Design Sprint and the Modern Creator OS?

A Design Sprint is a short, scoped project for one piece of your brand: a launch, a refresh, a backlog of design. The Modern Creator OS is a complete brand build: creative direction, visual identity, verbal identity, brand strategy and a content system, installed once. If you don't have a brand yet, or need the whole thing rebuilt, the OS is the right starting point.

Q: What happens after the OS is delivered?

Every OS includes a touch-up call within 30 days of delivery. For ongoing support beyond that, the Creative Partnership keeps the studio working on your brand every month.

Q: Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?

We can't promise overnight success, that wouldn't be honest. What we do guarantee is 100% of our creative focus and dedication to your brand. Good design is a two-way street, and the best results come from working it as a team. For the Modern Creator OS, whether you pay in full or on the 50/50 installment plan, 25% of the total project fee is non-refundable the moment you book, since that's when we set aside the time for your brand and turn away other work. The remaining amount is refunded for any portion of work that wasn't completed, if we happen to part ways partway through.

Q: Are there any extra costs I should expect?

Not usually, but possibly. They won’t come from me. It would only be if you need to purchase font licenses, stock imagery, or creative software subscriptions like Canva, Figma, or Adobe.

Q: Can I bundle multiple packages?

Within a Design Sprint, yes. Bring your full wishlist, whether it's social templates, a brand refresh, or a landing page, and it gets priced and delivered as one Sprint. If you need both a Sprint and the full OS, we'll scope them separately, since they run on different timelines, but we're happy to plan them back-to-back if you're working toward a launch.
